Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Conditions

6-Week Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a complete 6-week satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your hearing aid, you can return it free of charge within this period for a full refund.

Return Period

You have 6 weeks to decide whether your hearing aid meets your expectations. This period begins from the delivery date of the product.

Important Dates:

  • Return period: 6 weeks from delivery
  • Return request must be submitted in writing
  • Product must be returned in original condition
  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and documentation must be present
  • Product must show no visible damage or wear
  • All accessories and components must be included

Documentation:

  • Original receipt or invoice
  • Return form (if applicable)
  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

Return Process

The return process follows these steps:

You will receive a unique return number and packing instructions.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories.

Send the package to the specified address with the return number.

Inspection and Refund

After product inspection, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the following conditions:

Refund Method:

  • Refund via the same payment method as the original payment
  • For credit card payments: refund to the same card
  • For bank transfers: refund to the same account number

Refund Amount:

  • Full refund of the purchase price
  • No charge for return shipping (at our initiative)
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

Processing Time:

  • Refund within 14 working days after receipt of the product
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 additional working days
  • Bank transfers may take 3-5 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns:

Free Returns:

  • Returns are free if the product is defective
  • Free return for incorrect delivery
  • Free return for non-matching products

Paid Returns:

  • For returns by choice: shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
  • Estimated cost: £6.95 for standard shipping

Maintenance and Repair

For products that become defective within the warranty period:

  • 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all hearing aids
  • Free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects
  • Free maintenance and cleaning during warranty period

Maintenance:

  • Free maintenance and cleaning
  • Free battery replacement during warranty period
  • Free software updates

Exceptions

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Products that have been modified or altered
  • Products with visible damage from improper use
  • Products that have been lost or stolen
  • Products used outside normal operating conditions
  • Products exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity

Legal Rights

This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law:

Consumer Rights:

  • 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases
  • Right to repair or replacement for defective products
  • Right to cancellation for non-performance

Warranty:

  • 2-year conformity guarantee
  • Hidden defects: 6 months after discovery
