We offer a complete 6-week satisfaction guarantee. If you are
not satisfied with your hearing aid, you can return it free of
charge within this period for a full refund.
Return Period
You have 6 weeks to decide whether your hearing
aid meets your expectations. This period begins from the
delivery date of the product.

- All accessories and documentation must be included

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following
